Fabrizio Fornara is living in Cremona but he is originally from Novara. He started quite lateo at the age of 45 years to build violins. During his life change he also worked for a few months here in my violin workshop and I like the idea of keeping at least one violin of him here in the shop.
An extremely rough craftsmanship similar to great rough makers from the past. But the most surprising fact is how his instruments sound. His instruments have the desire to be played by new owners who want to take care of.
The varnish is deep red spirit varnish which is applied without worries in a totally free spirit
